The HKEAA 2018 Annual Report was themed on “Forge Ahead with Momentum”. The Report reviews the delivery of the 2018 HKDSE and various examinations and assessments. Targeting the theme, the Newton’s cradle that represents “cohesion” and “moving forward” is used as a symbol to visually deliver the idea that HKEAA keeps moving forward upon the support of their stakeholders. A photo of Newton’s cradle is used not only on the cover, but also on the opening page of each chapter, with additional visual effects applied that corresponds to the content of the chapter.
